Merrill Ross is nationally recognized as an authority on real estate investing she was named as one of the Best on the Street in the Wall Street Journal Analysts Survey in 2001 and 2002. Because differing macroeconomic conditions present opportunities in different areas of the real estate space, Ms. Ross covers a wide variety of areas within the sector from mortgage REITs to triple-net lease REITs that own such diverse assets as structured securities to bank branches and movie theaters.

Ms. Ross has more than 17 years of experience as a financial analyst. She was an associate analyst at CSFB and at Salomon Brothers Inc., vice president of Ranieri Wilson, vice president at IBCA, and senior vice president at Wheat First Butcher Singer.
