Helpdesk/Distance Training and Support Coordinator - Meredith White Meredith was born in Louisville, Kentucky and grew up in Colorado, and has a Bachelor's in Linguistics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She took a minor in Computer Science, focusing on system administration and Natural Language Processing. She has since been exploring various work preferences, and finds herself ready to take on the challenge of working at Cheetah, where she has the opportunity to throw herself into everything from customer support to programming to documentation and knowledge-base management- SmartCAT setup/training walkthroughs a specialty!
