Meredith C. Parker is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. As a member of the Trial Department, Meredith has participated in numerous complex commercial litigation matters involving insurance and reinsurance coverage, intellectual property, state and federal constitutional challenges, securities law, contract disputes, business torts, and health care fraud. Meredith has assisted in large discovery matters and motions practice in proceedings before state and federal courts as well as arbitration panels.
Meredith also serves as a Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children in matters before the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
During law school, Meredith was on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal and interned at the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney in Charlottesville, Virginia.
