Meredith A. Walling was graduated from Northwestern University in 1994. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1997. From 1997-1998, she served as judicial clerk to The Honorable William L'E. Wertheimer, Superior Court of New Jersey. She began her clerkship with Judge Wertheimer in the state court's Appellate Division, then accompanied him on his return to the trial court where he resumed his position as a judge in the Civil Division. She is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. She practices in the area of commercial litigation. |
