Meredith O'Neil is a Managing Director in Chicago for the Midwest's Partner Practice Group. Meredith focuses on individual partner placements, practice group acquisitions and law firm mergers. She received her B.S. in marketing from Miami University, where she graduated with honors and her J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where she was on the Dean's List and Associate Editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review.
After leaving private practice, Meredith joined a legal search firm where she was Director of Legal Staffing. She was responsible for all aspects of the $12.5 million legal staffing and recruiting office including placing associates at NLJ 250 firms and managing more than 100 contract attorneys in the Chicago area.
Meredith is a resident of Chicago and in her spare time loves to bake desserts of all kinds, which usually end up in the Chicago office, much to the dismay of her co-workers.
