Mercy s primary experience is in the solid waste management and financial services industries where she developed not only significant strategy experience but also extensive functional expertise in financial planning and corporate finance. Most recently, Mercy s strategy work was with a large services company leading their strategic teams in developing migration paths necessary to achieve significant cultural change over multiple year horizons. Mercy partnered with leadership to clearly articulate change needed for full customer engagement. Mercy has a bachelor s in classics from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia.
