Mr. Brackendorff returned to Houston and has acquired years of accounting and tax experience in a variety of Houston business areas, including concentrations in oil and gas, real estate, foreign investment and service industries. Bo is a co-founder of the Firm and is the managing principal of the Firm’s oil and gas outsource division (EEPB Enersource, LLC). He additionally serves as a Director of the Firm’s severance and sales tax consulting affiliate (EnerTax Consultants, L.P.). Bo is married, has four children, and is active in charitable and civic organizations. He enjoys running, cycling and travel. |
