Melody joined Woodruff-Sawyer in 2001 and is responsible for providing guidance and consultation in all human resources areas such as organizational development, staffing and retention, strategic planning, compensation, employee development, and communications. Melody brings nearly 20 years of broad Human Resources experience to Woodruff-Sawyer. Before joining the company, she was the Managing Director of People Operations for Scient. Prior to that, Melody was a Principal at Arthur Andersen, serving as the Pacific Region Director of Employee Relations. Melody is currently on the Board of the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA) and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Melody earned her B.S. degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. |
