Melody Poetzsch is Vice President of Asset Management for our South Eastern region located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ms. Poetzsch joined SunAmerica in 1994 and is responsible for reviewing SunAmerica's affordable housing properties in the Southeast region. She has previously worked in many areas of the real estate and asset management fields for 17 years. Prior to joining SunAmerica, Ms. Poetzsch was managing commercial and multi-family properties in North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio for Metric Management, Inc. She was responsible for overseeing the Charlotte Branch Office. In addition, Ms. Poetzsch was National Training and Maintenance Supervisor for the Paragon Group where she developed training programs and seminars for property managers. She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland. Ms. Poetzsch is a Certified Property Manager and a Certified North Carolina Real Estate Instructor and was recently named to the Charlotte Apartment Association's Education Hall of Fame.
