Melody J. Chasen RN, MPH (CEO) is a founder and principal at UPI. She is a nationally recognized health systems application expert with over thirty years of experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of claims and encounter-based utilization and fraud and abuse reporting systems. She oversees all state-specific requirements analysis along with the overall implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the projects. She is directly responsible for the management of all the J-SURS contracts. |
