Melissa joins Escapia as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering. With over ten years of experience in developing Internet software and services, Melissa has tremendous experience to help Escapia enhance VRS and Web Portal and build the next generation of products and services. Prior to joining Escapia, Melissa led a number of critical development initiatives at Expedia, including managing development for Expedia's Classic Vacations, and serving as Director of Development for Expedia's Supply Services Group where she was responsible for the core backend technology empowering Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and private-label businesses. Melissa holds a Master degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor degree from Tsinghua University in China. |
