Mrs. Van Dine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida. With a diverse background she has held positions such as Investigator for Florida’s Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA), and various Risk Management and Human Resources related job titles. After a stint in the Casino Industry with Station Casinos, a major public company, she transitioned her career to the Timeshare Industry in 2001 and joined Celebrity Resorts as the Sr. Director of Human Resources in November of 2003. In 2005, she was named Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for all areas of internal development to include: Human Resources, Training & Organizational Development, Payroll, Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Corporate Communications. Mrs. Van Dine is an active member of ARDA’s Professional Development Committee and Communications Committee, and she was recently appointed by Florida’s Speaker of the House to serve on the state's Advisory Council on Condominiums. |
