As Residential Programs Manager at NEEP, Melissa Lucas manages two NEEP projects, including the ENERGY STAR Products Initiative and Residential HVAC Initiative. Through these initiatives, Melissa facilitates sponsor working groups and manages the day-to-day interface with local, regional and federal contacts.
Prior to NEEP, Melissa worked in support of the ENERGY STAR Program at D&R International as the Northeast Account Manager in support of clients including the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Melissa also worked at the Consortium for Energy Efficiency as a Program Manager in support of Governmental programs. Melissa has a master's of business administration from the University of Massachusetts and a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire. |
