Melissa Gambol is an associate in the Global Securities Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. She joined the firm in 2004, resident in Milbank's New York office, and in 2007 joined the London office. She specializes in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. She has represented domestic and international issuers and underwriters in connection with registered offerings, exempt offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S, high yield bond offerings, securities programs, private placements, private equity investments and restructurings.
Ms. Gambol has also counseled U.S. and foreign clients with respect to listing and compliance with domestic and international securities exchanges, periodic reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission and compliance with U.S. securities laws, particularly the corporate governance and disclosure requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Ms. Gambol received her J.D. in 2004 from Stanford Law School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in history in 1999 from Harvard University and received an M.Phil. in historical studies from Trinity College, Cambridge, in 2000. She is admitted to practice in California and New York. |
