Melissa Brownstein is a principal in the audit service area of EKS&H. She has been involved in public accounting since 1994. She has served numerous public and private companies in a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas, franchising, real estate, manufacturing and high-technology companies. She has experience with public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence.
Melissa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado where she graduated summa cum laude. In addition, she has served as a volunteer member of various professional, industry and community organizations. |
