Located in Godfrey & Kahn's Milwaukee office, Melissa Malecki works with the other members of the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group in counseling commercial real estate clients in a variety of real estate transactions. Melissa offers experience representing both commercial landlord and tenant clients in negotiating and drafting leases for a variety of uses, including retail, warehouse, and office. Melissa is also experienced in assisting commercial developers with a broad range of real estate acquisition and development matters, including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, quarterbacking due dilligence and review and resolution of title and survey issues, negotiating and drafting easement agreements. In addition, she has represented property owners in obtaining financing for projects. Melissa comes to Godfrey & Kahn with previous on-site work experience in the areas of commercial condominium and hotel construction and commercial landscaping.
