Ms. Bailey practices on the Firm's litigation section, handling a wide range of litgation matters for the Firm's corporate and individual clients, with a particular emphasis on product liability and insurance defense. Ms. Bailey has defended the manufacturers of a wide variety of products, including automotive component parts, heavy equipment and several medical products, devices and pharmaceuticals. In addition, Ms. Bailey has experience in defending insurers in coverage cases, including bad faith litigation. Ms. Bailey came to Ray Quinney & Nebeker after spending a year-and-a-half with the Nashville, Tennessee law firm of Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry, PLC, where she concentrated her practice in the areas of product liability defense for automobile manufacturers, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. |
