Presently the principal and owner of an Atlanta-based marketing firm, Melworks, Ennis-Roughton served as Chief Global Marketing Officer for Church’s Chicken, with responsibilities for international marketing development, brand strategic development, and national advertising and promotion for the 1,500-store chain. Ennis-Roughton was also managing partner with Ender Partners Advertising in Atlanta, directing all account management for clients such Storehouse Furniture and Emory Healthcare, for which she led a successful brand re-launch. She also served as senior vice president at Tausche Martin Lonsdorf and Fitzergerald & Co. advertising agencies in Atlanta. From 1983-93, Ennis-Roughton held key marketing roles for Arby’s Restaurants, where she became the first female vice president and senior vice president marketing for the brand. She is a 25-year resident of Atlanta. |
