Melinda’s practice includes public offerings of common stock, debt securities and limited partnership units, including initial public offerings, and private placements of debt and other securities. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, financings and registered exchange offers. In addition, she counsels clients on governance and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and SEC reviews, and advises on shareholder proposals and proxy fights.
