Ms. Peevy specializes primarily in the defense of brokerage firms and financial institutions against claims asserted by customers in state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings nationwide. Much of her recent work has been focused on the defense of brokerage firms against claims of research fraud, unsuitability, unauthorized trading, and outside business activities.
