Melanie June is responsible for managing the design and construction process from project initiation through to tenant occupancy in the Southeast region. Her primary focus is on the KDC Intellicenter projects in Atlanta and Charlotte, including the 150,000 square foot relocation of Freightliner LLC's marketing and sales divisions from Portland to Charlotte on a "fast track" basis. Melanie's accountability is measured by budget and schedule adherence. Prior to joining KDC, Melanie was with Crescent Resources, LLC as the project manager responsible for the management of office and warehouse design and construction in the Carolinas.
