Mélanie Bruneau is an associate in the international law firm of McDermott Will & Emery/Stanbrook LLP based in its Brussels office. She is a member of the Firm’s EU Regulatory practice and European Competition and Trade groups where her practice focuses on International contract law, commercial law and competition law. She has advised in international service, transportation and distribution agreements in multiple EU jurisdictions and on the sale and dissolution of companies in cross-border transactions for large multinationals. She has advised on merger notifications, vertical distribution and horizontal agreements and has provided regulatory advice in connection with food and drink, pharmaceuticals and chemicals.
