Melanie S. Hoff, CPA, is a Managing Director in the New York office of RSM McGladrey. She is a member of the Commercial Group Team, specializing in Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") practice. She became a Managing Director in 2006. Ms. Hoff serves middle-market companies in both the public and private sectors, providing them with accounting and tax services as well as assistance with obtaining financing and raising capital through public offerings and private placements. She has extensive experience with companies registered with the SEC, including work on numerous initial public offerings as well as subsequent capital-raising registrations. She has also provided assistance with due diligence and corporate acquisitions. Her client base consists of domestic and international companies in a variety of industries, including Internet advertising, small business lenders, factors, textile and apparel, retail, distribution and service. Ms. Hoff is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.Ms. Hoff earned her BBA in accounting from Baruch College, City University of New York. |
