Melanie A. Capobianco is an associate of the law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. She is part of the Corporate Department, where she focuses her practice in the area of Real Estate.
Prior to joining McDermott, Melanie worked as a Real Estate associate where she concentrated on real estate acquisitions and dispositions; real estate construction and development, focused on condominium and co-operative properties. She has experience in drafting and negotiating all types of real estate acquisition and disposition documents, drafting condominium offering plans, and conducting and coordinating all aspects of closings.
While at Michigan State University College of Law, Melanie was the Managing Editor of Business and Production for Michigan State Law Review.
