Melainie Mansfield is a partner in the Global Corporate Group of the Los Angeles of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where she has practiced since 1995. She specializes in transactional and general corporate representations. Her practice focuses on securities financings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, troubled debt restructuring, as well as venture and strategic investing.
Over the past several years, Ms. Mansfield has represented private equity and other institutional investors, investment banks and companies alike, with a particular focus in the area of emerging technologies.
Ms. Mansfield received her J.D. in 1995 from University of Michigan Law School, where she was the managing editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in international economic relations in 1991 from the University of Michigan. Ms. Mansfield is a member of the State Bar of California. |
