Mel Flanigan serves as DTS, Inc. Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, in which role he oversees all aspects of the company's accounting, finance and reporting functions. As a member of executive staff, he also participates in the company's strategic planning and general management.
Prior to joining DTS in 1999, Mel served as CFO and Vice President, Operations at SensArray Corporation. He led SensArray's manufacturing and finance efforts and was instrumental in broadening the company's international operations. Prior to SensArray, Mel was Corporate Controller for Megatest Corporation, where he was also involved in international M&A activities. Previously, he has held positions at Cooperative Solutions, Inc., Hewlett Packard Company and Price Waterhouse LLP. Mel is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds an MBA and BS in Accounting from Santa Clara University. |
