Meghan Hannigan Swenson is a managing director in MLA's Boston office. Her practice at MLA focuses on associate firm placements and in-house searches. After graduating from Boston College Law School in 2000, Meghan began her legal career as a corporate associate with Palmer & Dodge LLP in Boston. At P&D she represented a variety of clients in the biomedical, medical device and technology industries in general corporate and securities matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and emerging companies.
Meghan sits on the Associate Executive Board of the CBR Institute for Biomedical Research, a non-profit research institution affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
