Megan F. Meloni has served as our director, investor relations and marketing communications since our inception. Prior to that, Ms. Meloni worked for Catalytica Energy Systems, Inc. (and former parent company Catalytica, Inc.) since September 1999, most recently as director, investor relations and marketing communications. Before joining Catalytica, Ms. Meloni occupied positions of increasing responsibility at Fastrac Systems, Inc., most recently as senior account manager where she headed up the client services department and served as the primary operations contact for the automobile services division. Prior to that, Meloni held positions in investor relations and corporate communications at Shaman Pharmaceuticals, Inc. She is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the American Marketing Association (AMA). Meloni graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. degree in Organizational Studies and a minor in French. Fluent in French, she also spent a year studying abroad at l'Institut d'Ătudes Politiques in Lyon, France.
