Business Litigation
Megan Harry is an Associate in the business litigation practice group in the Firm's Denver office. Ms. Harry's practice emphasizes complex commercial, financial and real estate cases, where she represents commercial and national banks, real estate and development companies, as well as other commercial clients with a wide variety of litigation needs. Ms. Harry has first-hand experience in both jury and bench trials, as well as arbitrations and mediations.

Ms. Harry is a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Emerging Leaders program, in which she works with a variety of representatives from private and public industries to ensure the continued vitality of the downtown Denver area.
Ms. Harry is also an active participant in the Junior League of Denver and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children).
NOTABLE EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harry represented a variety of banks and financial institutions, including the credit branches of two major automobile companies in litigation, which included defending a 47-state class action.
