PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Dr. Williams' practice focuses on patent prosecution and opinion work in the biotechnology area. She has extensive experience in all aspects of domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution and opinion work. Dr. Williams has research experience in microbiology, immunology, and biochemistry, and is familiar with a wide range of technologies. Dr. Williams was named a 2007 Massachusetts SuperLawyers Rising Star.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Dr. Williams received her Ph.D. in Immunology. She conducted her post-doctoral research in the area of immunoparasitology at the National Institutes of Health. She then worked in industry, where she performed research in the area of transplantation immunology and participated in immunoassay development. Dr. Williams has published twelve research articles and reviews. |
