Ms. Scanlon is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Group. She regularly counsels community associations and developers on legal issues concerning the establishment of associations and the business conduct of the associations. Working with both small and large communities, Ms. Scanlon frequently deals with questions raised by boards of directors on community management and document modification strategy. She is admitted to practice in both Virginia and New Jersey. Ms. Scanlon is a former Captain in the United States Army. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Equality Virginia.
