Meg Porfido holds the position of Level 3’s Chief HR Officer reporting to Tom Stortz Executive Vice President.
Meg oversees human resources which includes compensation and benefits talent management and learning strategic business partnering the HR Service Center and employee communications.
Upon joining Level 3 in 1998 and until her position leading HR Porfido served as Chief of Staff to the President and Chief Operating Officer Kevin O'Hara. Prior to joining Level 3 Porfido served as Chief of Staff to former Colorado Governor Roy Romer. She was the first woman and youngest individual to serve in that position. Before that Porfido served as chief legal advisor to the governor and practiced law at Brownstein Hyatt & Farber in Denver and Skadden Arps in Washington DC.
Porfido has a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and a law degree from George Washington University. |
