Meg Kay has served as Director of Software Products at Jova Solutions since 2001. She has been developing software systems for process control, factory automation, chemical analysis, and general instrumentation since 1982. Her specialty is designing intuitive human interfaces for complex systems. She worked with Honeywell to develop monitoring and control systems for continuous sheet production. She also worked at National Instruments (NI) for several years developing LabVIEW, a graphical programming environment, and drivers for data acquisition hardware. Prior to NI, Meg developed systems for chemical analysis, such as titration, reaction calorimetry, thermal analysis, and chromatography at Mettler-Toledo in Switzerland and at Microsensor Technology in California. She got her start at Hewlett-Packard in instrumentation and manufacturing automation. Meg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California at San Diego. |
