Meg Alexander is a director in FTI’s Corporate Finance practice and is based in Charlotte. For more than five years, Ms. Alexander has provided financial advisory services to both creditors and debtors in formal bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings, as well as to the trustees and steering committees of various liquidating trusts.
Ms. Alexander’s clients have included public and private companies, ranging in size from $200 million to more than $2.0 billion in assets. She has experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare, construction, airline and fabricated housing.
Services provided by Ms. Alexander, include debtor advisory in Chapter 11 proceedings, financial advisory to liquidating trusts/ estates, preparation of financial statements and tax information, review of business plans, analysis of cash management systems, tracking and reporting cash collateral, claims analysis for preference actions and claims objections, and analysis of asset purchase agreements and sales contracts.
Ms. Alexander holds a B.S. in commerce with concentrations in finance and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia. She is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. |
