Maynard is a partner in the real estate department. He has over thirty years of experience representing real estate developers, investors, managers and landlords. Maynard focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions involving development, finance, leasing, mining rights, acquisition, and disposition of real estate.

Represented developer in the acquisition and build-out of a mixed-used development on an urban site containing approximately 2,000 acres.
Represented retail developer in the acquisition, development, and financing of several major regional shopping centers.
Represented developer in the acquisition and construction of a major office/business/distribution park.
Represented apartment developer in the rollup of a multi-state apartment portfolio, resulting in a publicly-held REIT.
