Maxine Fried has nearly three decades of experience in the airline industry. She was previously with Air France for 24 years, where she started as a reservations agent, was promoted to various positions, and eventually created and headed for 10 years the Space Control Department, a group responsible for monitoring abusive bookings and investigating booking frauds, to help maximize load factors on Air France flights. |
