Maximiliane Straub is president of the Chassis Systems Full Brakes NAFTA Product Division at Robert Bosch LLC.
Straub has been with Bosch since 1993, where she started with the Bosch Chassis Systems trainee program in Blaichach, Germany. In 1994, she took a position as cost accountant for Corporate Controlling Chassis Systems and was part of the due diligence team during the acquisition of Allied Signal Braking Systems.
Between 1996 and 1999, Straub was head of the controlling department of Chassis Systems Brakes Europe in Drancy, France. Her tenure at Bosch continued from 1999 to 2004 at Diesel Technology Corp, Diesel Injection systems for trucks in Kentwood, Michigan, where her positions included head of controlling finance administration, commercial plant manager, and finally general manager.
Between 2004 and 2006, Straub was senior vice president of Corporate Controlling Mergers and Acquisitions responsible for automotive electronics, car multimedia and other entities, as well as head of project "EB turnaround" for the restructuring group within Corporate Controlling.
