Maximilian Schneider is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. He joined Milbank in 2006 and specializes in corporate finance, including cross-border securities offerings, loan financings and acquisition finance.
Prior to joining Milbank, Maximilian Schneider practiced with a well-known German law firm in the areas of national and international insolvency law, corporate restructuring and liquidation.
Maximilian Schneider received his law degrees from the university of Heidelberg and the state of Rheinland-Pfalz. He studied law and economics in Bochum, Geneva and Heidelberg.
