Mr. Senechal is a Vice President in CRA’s Chemicals & Petroleum practice, specializing in business strategies and operations management and improvement for process industries. In that capacity, he participates in the development of business strategies, conducts operations improvement projects, heads due diligence engagements, and implements post-merger integration strategies for international companies in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Senechal was a senior manager at Arthur D. Little, Inc., based in Paris. Before he started his consulting career, he was a mechanical engineer and supervised the design, construction, and start-up of industrial facilities in several industries. |
