(Marchelle) Max Gage is a training and development professional in Des Moines, IA, who has been involved in the field for more than 14 years. She started her career at Meredith Corporation and then moved to several other local organizations before starting her own consulting business in 1997.
Gage completed her Master's degree in Training and Development at Drake University in 1997. She has been active in the local chapter of ASTD, where she served on various committees as well as on the Board.
The majority of Gage's experience has been in the actual classroom helping others with skill development in leadership, customer service, sales, and other related areas.
