Ms. Pam Lupien was promoted to senior vice president of human resources in November 2005. She joined MedImmune Inc. as vice president of human resources in April 2002. Ms. Lupien is responsible for all aspects of MedImmune’s human resources function including management of the company’s strategies policies and activities for employee recruitment and retention compensation benefits and management development. Prior to joining MedImmune Ms. Lupien was senior vice president of human resources at Orbital Sciences Corporation from 2000 until 2002. Previously she held a variety of increasingly responsible positions at James Martin & Company Betzdearborn Inc. Freuhauf Trailer Corporation and IBM Corporation. Ms. Lupien has extensive international experience having spent approximately four years living and working in Europe Asia South America Australia and Canada. Ms. Lupien has a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in business administration from Jacksonville University.
