Max Guinn is Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and Engineering Global Harvesting Equipment, a position he has held since 2004. He is responsible for the design, manufacture and sourcing of harvesting equipment for Deere & Company's global agricultural equipment operations.
Since joining the company in 1980, Guinn has held positions of increasing responsibility in Quality Services, Supply Management and Manufacturing in the company's Agricultural and Construction & Forestry Divisions. He was named General Manager, John Deere Seeding Group in 1995, and General Manager, John Deere Dubuque Works in 1996. In 2000, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Engineering and Manufacturing for the company's Worldwide Construction & Forestry Division.
Guinn graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a degree in mechanical engineering, and holds an MBA from the University of Dubuque.
