Mr. Bove was elected to RegeneRx's Board of Directors in 2004 and has twenty years of business and management experience within the pharmaceutical industry. He has served in a number of senior positions within Sigma-Tau, a leading Italian pharmaceutical company, with subsidiaries in most European countries and in the U.S. He has been involved in, and responsible for, a number of significant international licensing and M&A transactions. Mr. Bove presently heads the Corporate Development Department and sits on the Board of Directors of Sigma-Tau Finanziaria S.p.A., the Group’s holding company. He obtained his law degree at the University of Parma, Italy, in 1980, and in 1985 he attended the Academy of American and International Laws at the International and Comparative Law Center, Dallas, Texas.
