Mauro G. Tucci Jr. is a 2006 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, earning his J.D. and his M.B.A., cum laude, in Finance. He graduated from Colgate University with a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and an Economics minor. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tucci served as law clerk to the Honorable Marie P. Simonelli, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. His admission to the bar of the State of New York is currently pending. Mr. Tucci is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Essex County Bar Association. He practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation.
