Mr. Maurice A. Kelly. An expert in business strategies, disaster recovery planning, and systems development and implementation, Mr. Kelly spent several years with the Management Information Systems unit at LMI before joining the Research Institute in 2005. He is an intelligence officer in the Navy Reserve, serves on the board of the Virginia High-Tech Partnership, and is a founder of the Irma Rose Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing the careers of disadvantaged youth. He joined LMI in 1999 after serving 4 years in the U.S. Navy and 3 years in the Army National Guard. Mr. Kelly holds an MS in information systems management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in management information systems from Norfolk State University. |
