Mr. Ferré is founder of the Office of Maurice Ferré, a business consulting firm, established in 1985. Mr. Ferré serves as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the Inter-American Dialogue. He has previously served as Vice-Chairman of the Commission, as Mayor of the City of Miami, Florida and as a member of the State of Florida House of Representatives. Mr. Ferré has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami. He was appointed to the Authority by the Commission and his term expires February 7, 2009. |
