Maureen P. Steady specializes in partner placements in the Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. Her practice focuses on lateral partner representation and selective in-house counsel placements.
Prior to joining MLA, Maureen practiced law with a prominent Philadelphia boutique bankruptcy firm focusing in the area of business reorganization, with special emphasis in bankruptcy, restructuring, bankruptcy litigation and other reorganization matters. During the ''internet boom'', Maureen served as in-house counsel to a local banking institution and participated in the launch of its technology based banking platform.
Maureen earned her B.A. from Cabrini College and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
Outside of the office, Maureen enjoys struggling through her golf game and hitting the gym. A native of Cape May, New Jersey, you are also likely to find her on the beach, weather permitting.
