Maureen speaks regularly on career planning, recruiting, retention, and successfully integrating work teams. CONNECT was recently listed as number 24 in the Top 100 Women Owned Businesses in Colorado and was selected as the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year of 2000. In addition to owner-related duties, Maureen manages the strategy and marketing functions at CONNECT, and is key to developing Human Performance Optimization services for CONNECT's clients.
