BACKGROUND: Maureen is a native of Staten Island, New York. She attended Columbia University, earning a Bachelor of Arts and Fordham University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor degree. EXPERIENCE: Maureen is a trial lawyer specializing in bankruptcy law and creditor's rights. After graduating from law school, Maureen moved to Florida to begin a Federal Clerkship with the Honorable Karen S. Jennemann, Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Maureen joined the firm as an associate in 2003 upon completion of her clerkship. During her career, Maureen has represented banks, lenders and other financial institutions and individuals in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
