Maura Dunn
Vice President, Human Resources and Administration
Maura Dunn is vice president for human resources and administration for General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources including compensation and benefits planning, employee relations and staffing. In addition, she is responsible for security, and environmental, health and safety programs. Prior to joining General Dynamics, Dunn was vice president of administration for KBR's Energy and Chemical division of Halliburton Corp. There, Dunn managed human resources, real estate and communications, and led the restructuring of her division. Prior to that position, Dunn was chief operations officer for the Infrastructure Americas product line where she successfully managed and grew the engineering business, which had operations in five countries and six states.
Before joining Halliburton, Dunn held a number of positions at Kellogg/Brown and Root including vice president, global strategy and marketing; senior manager, business acquisition; regional marketing manager and marketing manager. Dunn previously worked for Circuit City Store Inc., the Virginia Department of Corrections and Progressive Insurance. Dunn holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Richmond and a master's degree in business administration from Averett University.
